Pros: Close to the metro and park guell
Cons: Shower drain filled with hair chunks, otherwise clean enough. you could hear your neighbors and street noise through the walls.

Cons: Waiting at the reception to check in and enquire about anything always took a long time. there was only ever one person at the reception desk and sometimes there were 3 or 4 other people waiting to be served.

Pros: Children happy with room & shower. comfortable beds.
Cons: Computer facilities poor, the key pad was worn out & printer was not working, we struggled to print our online check in for return fligh.
the hotel has a steep incline from the rail station & very deserted at night as this is a residential area.

Pros: Staff very helpful and friendly
Cons: The decor etc is a bit dated and the hotel is a long walk from the main centre. it is uphill and quite difficult to find. although it is situated in a out of the way place it was quite noisy on the street.

Pros: Good hotel, clean en-suite room, air-conditioned, with plenty of hot water. quiet location, nice little balcony
Cons: Some 3-4 miles from main centre. also, bring your own continental travel adaptor as reception didn't have any!!

- bed sheets were changed every day
- air conditioning was working well
- there is a nice park near by
- the room was quiet
Cons: - the room was very small for a “4 star” hotel
- internet was expensive (20 c/min, minimum 2 eu) and was not working. the keyboard was worn out - one could not see the letters on the keys.
- the location is fair, and a little bit confusing; relatively long walk uphill from the metro station. you need a detailed map of the area
- there were ants in the room, and even in the bed (i had left a peach on the desk).
- staff could be friendlier

Pros: Good location; near 2 metros and some attractions (if you don't mind walking up the hill on your back to the hotel). the staff was helpful, especially when we asked to change rooms.
Cons: I was allergic to the rooms; i didn't stop sneezing and my eyes didn't stop watering until we left the hotel everyday.

breakfasts are pretty expensive (13 euro per day, but wiht a discount on your first and last day in hotel)
