Very helpfull staff,
superb location for airport bus, metro underground, local buses.
few minutes to city centre and great shops musuems etc,
very close to olympic stadium etc for concerts.
superb breakfast
just a brilliant location and staff speak good english and answer any queries etc.

Fantastic views over the 'magic fountains' and palace; great central location for jumping on and off the metro; lovely (if a little pricey) buffet breakfast; and the best - a chocolate truffle delivered to your room every night!!! I specifically booked the hotel for the outdoor rooftop swimming pool which was covered in winter, but when i arrived the cover was broken and the pool wasn't heated! the staff were apologetic and tried to find me another swimming pool. i didn't change hotels because i was impressed with everything else. The location of the hotel was ideal,because we were only in barcelona for one day/2 nights so we didnt have far to travel for sightseeing etcStaff seemed very stressed and sometimes unapprochable
