"None, since they did not honour our reservation, but instead upon arrival..."

Pros: None, since they did not honour our reservation, but instead upon arrival informed us they had booked us into another property. they did pay for our cab, so i guess that's a positive, and the desk clerk was fairly pleasant about the whole thing.
Cons: Everything. we researched extensively and chose the port, and didnt get to stay in our chosen property. they had our reservation, but no room for us. what then is the point of a reservation? we were not happy with the hotel they moved us to, even though they said it was a higher rated, it wasnt our kind of place. at all.

Pros: We stayed at the hotel for three nights and though that the hotel was excellent. the location was perfect for exploring barcelona - just one street from the beautiful marina and around the corner from the main tourist street 'la ramblas'. the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and spacious. i would definitly recommend this hotel to any friends considering staying in barcelona and would stay there again in the future. our room had a view over the swimming pool which was very pleasant.
