We used navigator to no avail. spend many hours looking for the hotel... were not able to find it. had to call for cab and asked the driver to take us to the hotel.davidson

I stayed there for one night first while on route to a cruise for a week and was so impressed with the cleanliness and perfect location that we booked in for a further two nights on return from cruise.Anonymous

Excellent location ,roomss were clean. free wifi.Tried to overcharge ,saying the price i was given by easytobook was for a single room not a double. fortunately i printed my confirmation from easytobook and refused to budge on the price.ashford

Nothing good to say....We made a booking two months in advance, yet when we arrived, we were told all rooms are booked out and they transferred us to a different hotel outside the city centre. this was very inconvenient, as we were taking a cruise the next day and needed to be close to the port. very dissapointing. the hotel is unreliable and i wouldn't recommend it to anyone.Anonymous

The room was very nice. modern, crisp and clean. excellent lcd tv with a few english channels. free wi-fi in room was a real bonus. bathroom was great. 2 high powered shower heads, free quality toiletries.Anonymous
