We had looked at many hotels on line and it makes you nervous to book in a foreign country sight unseen, but we were relieved and pleased. The location was terrific and the staff truly was helpful. They brought fruit on our first night and chocolates every evening. How sweet. The breakfast was good also. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: The location was perfect - a stroll to either the ramlas or plaza catalunya. the bar was a perfect place to have a cocktail before bed.

Cons: We had our room on the 4th floor. the hot water supply was less than poor. you could hardly get a hand warm shower or shave. furthermore the beds were too hard - probably suited for person in excess of 130 kg.

Cons: Room service was terrible. laundry service was also terrible - couldn't get hold of anyone for hours. had to log in everytime to use wifi. no iron and no hair conditioner.

Pros: I travelled with my baby girl and the service at the hotell was very good, and we got a big and quite room. i'm very happy with everything and would love to go to this hotel again.

Pros: Room and bar area very spacious with nice modern decoration. small swimming pool yet perfect place to read a book or enjoy the sun away from the busy city. situated perfectly in the center close to all tourist interests, restaurants and bars.

Pros: We stayed at this hotel before so we knew what to expect. you rate was higher then their website, when i mentioned it they included breakfast with that rate.
Cons: Water was dripping from the ceiling in the hallway, apparently from heavy rain the days before.
