Cons: Extremely hot that i have to open the window to sleep as they switch off the chiller in 'winter' time though it was 26 c
Cons: Only problem encountered was a lack of concern regarding lost items after check out - no reply to email and no call-back. a shame because at the time of stay the staff were excellent.
Cons: Website should have included directions to hotel from metro instead of simply "300 meters from metro." a map of the area with hotel location would be better.
Cons: Room service selection outside regular meal hours is limited to cheese and ham sandwiches
