The Hotel is ideally located for easy access to all locations and attractions. The Staff were really professional and friendly nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely book here again.

friendly helpful stuff! quiet and clean! wonerful jacuzzi area and cheelout bed! great food in the bar . nice mojitos and mmmmm home made Sangria!beds are a bit hard but everything is clean and nicewe´ll be back"!!!

Pros: The location was very good,near enough to sights but quiet. we stayed one night at beginning of a cruise and one night at the end. both our rooms where lovely. the reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

 "An excellent hotel for what we needed on our city break"
Pros: An excellent hotel for what we needed on our city break. about a 10/15 min walk from plaza catalunya and start of las ramblas and about 15/20 mins from the gothic quarter. we enjoyed these walks as you get to see all the other streets and areas in between these popular tourist spots! the dining/bar area is small but this was not a problem for us as we were keen to eat out in the various tapas bars and restaurants. the room was very very comfortable, scrupulously clean and nice decor. tha bathroom was also immaculate. the staff were extremely nice and very helpful and accomodating! a highly recommended hotel and we will definitely be back.
Cons: Nothing negative to say at all other than there are no tea/coffee/kettle facilities but that is a "spain thing" and not a "hotel" fault!

Pros: Great hotel in a good location, we asked on the off chance about a coldplay concert that was 'sold out' and due to start three hours later, the gentleman on reception said he would make some calls and within the hour had found us two reasonably priced tickets - fabulous!!! all aspects of the service in the hotel were great, and nothing was too much trouble.

Pros: The staff couldnt do enough for us...printing off maps of resturaunts we wanted to try, advising us on the best areas to check out and so on. it was a really friendly atmosphere.
Cons: The parking was a little expensive compared to other hotels in the area but everything else was great

Pros: Had a great experience in barcelona, except for the fact that my girlfriend had her bag stolen by a guy driving by on a scooter. hotel staff were extremely helpful, helping us whereever possible and allowing us to check out later. very, very good service.
