We were given the worst possible room, i know this because i have stayed here before. they would not let us have a late check out. other guests were very noisy and the rooms were not very sound proof.Anonymous

Excellent location and helpful staff, especially since the front desk persons were fluent in english.Breakfast: scrambled eggs were cold, food ok, but price was way too high for food available.Anonymous

Excellent, really good value for money, staff were really helpful. e.g when asking for directions the staff kindly printed out a google map detailing route which i felt was really above the line service, will definitely stay again when we return to barcelona. Free mini bar didn't have alcohol, just water.Anonymous

We arrived at 7:30 a.m. from a transatlantic flight and were able to check in early and get some much needed rest. the location was perfect.The view was like the movie "rear window"....all we saw were the neighbors in the building next door (including their laundry). we were tired and used the room only to sleep - so did not really care - found it kind of funny.Anonymous

The hotel was in a fantastic location. the staff were friendly and helpful. the free mini was a bonus and outweighed all the complaints about the lack of tea and coffee making facilities. we had 2 rooms which were both very clean and the bathrooms were very large. one room only had a view of a brick wall but we were there to see barcelona and not sit in our room. i was a bit concerned after booking as i read lots of negative feedback about the hotel but it was definitely good value for money. maybe not a 4 star but it was not 4 star price!!! Great location, nice rooms, some smaller than others though ours was large, friendly and helpful staff.Coffee machines in room would be nice.
