The Hotel is nice and in a good location, near the center and near the beach.The breakfast is quite disappointing, the food is not fresh. The restaurant and cleaning staff are antisocial and have no common sense. They used to hoover the lobby around 10am when all the guests where meant to be enjoying their breakfast in peace.Another thing was that there was this 'DO NOT DISTURB' cards in the room, but when you turn them it said: 'Please service my room'. So one morning before I left the room I placed the card saying 'Service my room' outside the door, and before I got to the lift I saw two housekeeping ladies and asked them to service my room and told them the room number. They said yes and wrote it down. In the afternoon when we got back to the hotel we found the room dirt and at the door the DND card! I called reception and explained them the situation and they sent someone to clean it. Anyway, overall the hotel is not bad but don't expect an amazing service from them.

 "Nice hotel, lovely staff"
Really nice hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Bedrooms were a good size and there was enough room for me in the bed even after my boyfriend did his starfish impression in his sleep! The pool on the roof terrace could have been a bit cleaner... We only went up once, the sun loungers were really busy. Location wasnt ideal for us but only because we were really lazy! It's barely a 5 min walk to the nearest metro or 15 if you want to go to the gothic quarter.

Pros: A nice modern hotel close the the port (which is where we wanted to be). it was good to have the rooftop pool and a place to sunbathe.
Cons: Our bedroom was a bit "cell" like as we needed to keep the curtains drawn (looking across to others' rooms).

 "Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful"
Pros: Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. the guys with excellent english were priceles, cause we faced language problems in barcelona too many times. rooms were very clean, sheets and towels changed every day, impressive. air conditioning good. fresh water in the fridge every day.
Cons: No thing really negative during our stay.
