Bed was to hard. Breakfast was boring and not so tasty. It was not so good smell in the room maybe beacuse the soars was not okay.4 star for this hotel is maybe one too much?Good service from the portiers.

There wasnt any hot water during all the trip ! 60 euros is too expensive for their servicesbeside the hotel had a realy good localization because you are at 15min by walking to the sagrada familia and 5min to a metro station

Pros: Efficient receptionist but not very friendly
Cons: First room had a strong smell of drains but we changed rooms without any fuss. there was the same smell in some of the hallways and public areas. second room's woodwork had water damage from a leak that had not been repaired.

Pros: I absolutely loved the breakfast buffet, a large range of choice.
Cons: The day staff were very polite, but the evening ones were stand-offish. it didn't correspond to what i thought it would be. also there was a smell in the room. it was not close to the beach and i didn't like the location of the hotel. if your not using a taxi or haven't rented a car and have a child the metro in barcelona is not very disable or pram friendly.

Pros: Beds were clean and comfortable, room cleaned and tidied everyday, staff at reception were helpful
Cons: This hotel did not represent value for money. the rooms were expensive and offered nothing special. the hotel reception area was stylish and attractive but the room was small, dark, a view of pipes and had a mouldy bathroom ceiling. there was little information in the rooms and details of tv channels, for example, was inaccurate. breakfast was adequate but the buffet breakfast was expensive for what it was. i had selected a four star hotel for something special. i have had better rooms in travelodge.

Pros: Nice modern chic boutique hotel, friendly staff, rooms were cleaned everyday,and fresh shampoo, soap and shower gels were replaced without request! also toilet paper was well stocked up,bins emptied everyday,plus bed made and pyjamas all folded for me,which was nice touch.
Cons: The breakfast was disappointing there was enough to choose, fruit salads and cereals but the hot breakfasts was poor! so we went to the cafe next door in the mornings! there was no mini bar in the room! just a fridge with complimentary water,but when i took the key from the electric then it would turn off the fridge again. there was no room service facilities such as alcohol! if i wanted any food to my room it was an outside pizza delivery service! the rooms were small, even the doubles and a small wardrobe which would mean a tight squeeze for two people's clothes! the safety deposit box was old fashioned and not easy to use, we had two rooms but could only use one safety box between us. there was no toilet facilities in the foyer,which was a bit of a problem for my elderly mother,if we were sitting in the foyer she had to take the lift back up to her room.
