Pros: Good location, good value for money and helpful staff.
Cons: Breakfast was indifferent and poor value for money. printed information on difficult to find english tv channels would have been helpful. internet service was intermittent.

Pros: The staff was extremely helpful regarding all aspects of my stay, including restaurant suggestions, directions, calling for cabs, and providing extra towels for the room. the location is excellent and i was able to walk to many of barcelona's popular attractions.

Pros: The staff totally assisted us...in room change, in friendliness, and in giving directions. one even reassured me that it would not rain again that day and he was right! being within walking to the park was an unexpected pleasure. i also loved the green trees outside that i could see from our balcony. the suites are lovely as are the rooms with terraces. our group had the pleasure of all three.

Pros: Very comfortable room; bed wondereful; decorating superb; verandas wonderful on back - very quiet; tv service great
Cons: Only problem was making the taxis know which constanza we had reservations; from the airport we were taken to the other hotel to learn that our reservations were not there - it cost us another 20 euros to get to the other one; later in our visit, after shopping, the same thing happened with two taxis. this is a huge problem if you are not real familiar with the streets and the language. i reported this to the receptionist and he seemed surprised. he said we shouldn't pay if we were taken to the wrong address. of course, the taxi was long gone when we realized we were at the wrong hotel. in the case of the last two taxis, we told them the address and they were still headed to the wrong hotel.

Pros: Nice hotel- good value for money, nice stuff, not too far from pl. catalunya, a lovely place for breakfast 2 blocks away (south).
Cons: 10 min walk from pl. catalunya, difficult after a long day of walking but nice after agood meal to ease your heavy body... a little noisy from the the coriodores
