The hotel was in a very good location and the staff were very polite and helpful.
Although the hotel in itself was good, clean, and in a great location 10 minutes walk from the rambla the rooms felt quite cramped.. the only engish speaking tv channel was the news. some music channels would have been nice.. also no tea/coffee facilities in room which would have been niceAnonymous

In the beginning i thought it was really a depressing hotel with the lighting, but it was all part of the 'look' the hotel was trying to achieve. the staff was tremendously helpful and the location was excellent. the rooftop with the pool was clever to cool down during the hot weather.I did not like the shower as it flooded on several occassions. the rooms were not exactly portrayed as it did with the easybook photos. The staff were very friendly and informative. they spoke fluent english, so if you had any queries, they could answer promptly. overall our experience at cram was very pleasurable and would not hesitate in returning there.No negatives for us.Wainwright

When a complaint was made that the shower head kept coming off with the pressure of water it was resolved the next day when the maintenance man came on duty.We wished to have a night cap (not too late) one night but could not find anyone to tend the bar.Mr Johansson

Room service had limited hours. they also could not take my american express at checkout. they said they had a problem with it but i had just used it and used it again right after check-out at a different location without any problem. i just think they did not want to accept it.Anonymous

When we arrived at the cram hotel i gave the receptionist my booking ref that you supplied and they told me there was no reservation ,i was very annoyed at this, then when i was leaving the hotel charged me and my husband for breakfast even though breakfast should have been included in the rate confirmed with yourselves , i asked to be refunded and i was. i am very disappointed in how you dealt with my booking, you send me an email confirming price and length of stay, when i get there, there is no reservation made and i am charged a completely different price from what i agreed to pay with you.
