I booked a superior single room and it certainly lived up to expectations. The staff were very helpful and polite, speaking English much better than my Spanish! I had a wonderfully large room, with ensuite shower/bath and a well stocked minibar. The staff were very helpful in answering enquiries and giving directions, the cleanliness was excellent. My only negative was the cost of breakfast

i was a little worried when i booked that hotel that it would not be as nice as the pictures on the web site. it was and i was incredibly pleased with my stay at the hotel. the room was really comfortable, the staff was incredibly helpful ,and the hotel was centrally located to everything i was looking for. the roof top pool and deck were such a welcome relief from the heat fo the city after a long day of walking. i highly recommend cram to anyone visiting barcelona . you will not feel lonely at this hotel

Pros: As i was only there overnight it was fine. but felt no atmosphere. i also felt the desk staff were a little abrupt when asked questions.

Pros: Hotel is very central 10 mins walk to the main square and la rambla. breakfast is served on the 7th floor and the views are wonderful. choice of hot and cold food. breakfast area is quite small. all self service. staff fine not overly friendly.
Cons: The bathroom door which was very transparent was somewhat difficult to get use to. if you like privacy when using the bathroom this is not the hotel for you.

Pros: The staff were kind and helpful, the room was well appointed and the breakfast was excellent. there was also a nice enough view from the breakfast room, which was an unexpected treat.
Cons: The hotel rooms are focused on visual design, and therefore some practical issues appear with things like the shower door allowing water onto the bathroom floor, or a general lack of storage space. but this is very minor.

Pros: The hotel was in a very good location and the staff were very polite and helpful.
Cons: Although the hotel in itself was good, clean, and in a great location 10 minutes walk from the rambla the rooms felt quite cramped.. the only engish speaking tv channel was the news. some music channels would have been nice.. also no tea/coffee facilities in room which would have been nice

Pros: In the beginning i thought it was really a depressing hotel with the lighting, but it was all part of the 'look' the hotel was trying to achieve. the staff was tremendously helpful and the location was excellent. the rooftop with the pool was clever to cool down during the hot weather.

Pros: When a complaint was made that the shower head kept coming off with the pressure of water it was resolved the next day when the maintenance man came on duty.

Cons: When we arrived at the cram hotel i gave the receptionist my booking ref that you supplied and they told me there was no reservation ,i was very annoyed at this, then when i was leaving the hotel charged me and my husband for breakfast even though breakfast should have been included in the rate confirmed with yourselves , i asked to be refunded and i was. i am very disappointed in how you dealt with my booking, you send me an email confirming price and length of stay, when i get there, there is no reservation made and i am charged a completely different price from what i agreed to pay with you.
