Located on the upper part of Diagonal Avenue and surrounded by other broad avenues, this is the ideal home base for going shopping in the prestigious shops in the city's most fashionable shopping malls.
The range of goods available is complemented by a succession of boutiques by the most prominent Spanish and international designers. Just a short stroll away is the Pedralbes monastery and palace, which houses the ceramics and decorative arts muesums.

From El Prat Barcelona airport
By car: From the airport to the hotel it takes 20 minutes by car. The best way is to enter Barcelona by A7 highway. Cross the Diagonal avenue until reaching the Avinguda de Sarrià avenue. Then, turn right onto the third street, where the hotel is located.
By train: A train service at the airport train station (RENFE) connects the airport with the main railway stations in 25 minutes. From Sants station guests can take the bus number 32, which stops near the hotel.
By bus: The Airbus line will take you from the airport to the city center in about 20 minutes. Its nearest stop is 10 minutes on foot from the hotel.
From the Girona airport
A direct bus connecting the airport with the Barcelona center is available. Then take a public bus towards the hotel area.

Friendly staff, clean and the shower is brilliant
Put us on first floor, really noisy. room quite small, and air conditioning was not working so had to open window and can smell people smoking outside.Jones

Although away from the centre of barcelona, good location with excellent public transport.Allocated room was next to lift so found it noisy, earplugs did the trick. any room number ending in 29

The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. the shower was very powerful! It doesn't feel like a 4* but it's a good 3*. it was a bit far out of town, but it's ok if you use public transport. the pool was very tiny & was in the hotel across the road. their idea of a double room was 2 beds pushed together!Anonymous

A previous guest had been smoking in the room. the final price was €5 over the price easy to book quoted. the room was not as soundproofed as suggested. it's not really for first time tourists to barcelnoa, but is ok for return visitors.Anonymous

Hotel was lovely, clean and staff were very helpful. hotel is close to nou cam, about 30mins walk or 3 metro stops away. not walking distance to la rambla but the metro bus is so efficient that this was not an issue. metro 59 gets you there in about 15mins.Safe not working in our room but staff kept our money and passports in the safe at reception.Ian May-Miller

Clean, reasonably central hotel provided a good base for exploring the city.
a short walk to bus stop on the 'bus turistic' routes. about 6 euro for a taxi to placa catalunya.Small room. no kettle/tea/coffee facilities.
the hotel claims all rooms are soundproofed but sensitive guests will not like the noise from neighbours' bathrooms, people walking by in the corridor or the bottle bank in the street.
definitely not a 4* hotel by uk standards, but not uk prices either!
