Cons: No roof terrace service for coffee time and very over stretched and small accommodation for breakfast time in the dining room. poor breakfast service always.

Pros: The hotel was centrally located on the barcelona harbor. the staff was very helpful in making changes to our accommodations once we arrived (we wanted two beds and had a queen the first night. we asked for a change to a room with two twins and they gave us a beautiful room with a harbor view.). the hotel food was reasonably priced for the area and service on the 6th floor was luxurious. i really enjoyed my stay and would return to this hotel.
Cons: I would only suggest that when you make the reservation, it clearly say what kind of beds you will be getting. currently, it allows you to say how many people will be rooming, but no details about the type of bed are available.

Pros: The opera night was excellent and the location is very good it is possable to walk to beach city center so you are at the center of everything.
Cons: We did put out one of the nights a request for breakfast in our room but we never got it. we did mention this at reception and they appoligised for this error.
