This was a great hotel. room and bathroom large and well appointed. the staff was helpful and friendly. when we called with a problem or request(at least twice)someone was there within 10 minutes.Would have appreciated a clock in the room Talbot

The eurostars grand marina hotel was situated in a great location, only a short walk away from la rambla and close to transport links (including the tourist bus which stops at the hotel itself). the condition of the room and the hotel grounds were excellent, as was how we were treated by all staff members at all levels. the bar area was a lovely place to enjoy a relaxing glass of wine/champage before venturing out to one of the many near by restaurants.The only "negative" detail would be the cable car station based in front of the hotel which does partially block the inland view but this was not a problem for us at all.Anonymous

We checked out at reception the night before departure as we had a very early start. the staff peprsonally made the wake up call, so much nicer than the automated calls, and also provided complimentary coffee and pastries in the reception area. this thoughtful gesture will definately prompt me to stay at this hotel again.Johnston

Very pleasent hotel stunning view from our room despite single beds!I had asked for a double room with a view when we booked but when we got there we were offered two single beds in a superior room, which we turned down as we are a couple and did not book single beds. we was then offered a double room with no view, which was not pleasent, finally we had no alternative but to accept the two singles in a room with a view as the other room was dark and depressing. i am disapointed i had to compromise in this way, thsi was supposed to be a romantic break and we ended up in single beds! the hotel was fully booked as there were conferences going on and i believe our room was allocated to this and was not fair and shouldn't happen.Johnston

This hotel is adjacent to a cruise terminal and as it happened was only 50 yards away for our recent cruise ship. this could not have worked out better for us. the hotel is also first class.Jones

Arrived early around 1030 am but still managed to book into the rooms, left the following day for a one wek cruise, hotel staff were happy to allow the party of 6 to return the following week and looked after luggage for approx 6 hours untill later flight while we looked around the cityRestauarnt very expensive
