Pros: Excellent location and very friendly and helpful reception staff. free wi-fi.
Cons: Dated decor, very uncomfortable beds, poor range of tv channels (minor point when visiting such a great city but we were ill for a couple of days and were room bound - tv was important!!)

Pros: Staff helpful. rooms clean but fairly basic.
Cons: Buffet breakfast poor for a 4 star hotel. leaflet in hotel room states you can have numerous types of pillows if requested,but when we called the reception they did not seem to understand what we were talking about and stated they would bring 2 standard pillows, which they did.

Pros: Location was good and breakfast was excellant
Cons: Room was very small. was meant to be a twin room but both beds were together and no room to seperate. the lift broke on nsaturday and wasnt fixed when we left. was on 5th floor and had to carry cases down all flights. package had casino tickets but we had to make our own way so didn't bother.

Pros: Excellent location, staff professional and helpful, hotel cleaning staff excellent.
Cons: Room very hot (not sure if fan was working properly?) shower intermittently went luke warm. no tea/coffee/kettle facilities.

Pros: Great location by las ramblas, picasso museum and fairly central to sights of barcelona. room/pvt bathroom and hot water (yes!!) were very clean, excellent value for the (90eu) price great coffee shop 2 doors away on the corner
