The hotel was clean and tidy and good transport links. Handy for the city tour bus and train to and from the airport. Not as close to city centre as would have liked but the staff were very helpful indeed.

Pros: I was going to email to tell yo9u of our wonderful experience with your front staff. they were so friendly and helpful and loli was unbelievably kind and understanding when we arrived as we had just been robbed on the motorway as a man posing as a police man, complete with badge. he stole my beautiful diamond ring off my finger which i have had for 25 years and is worth about 50 million euros. loli was terrific throughout our stay and so was csar the young
man on the conceirge desk. thankyou loli and csar. wendy and billy francis from new zealand.

Pros: Very efficient and friendly reception snd porterage staff. good selection at breakfast. comfortable room with quiet airconditioning. ideally positoned for barna sants main line station.

Pros: A good location and a lovely place. staff were really nice. the pool, although small, was adequate for cooling off and the sun lounges were in good places. the terrace was great with tables to eat/drink or just lounges to catch the sun and drink

Cons: When we arrived on saturday we first got an unbelievable dump for our first night (explanation:the hotel is so full). we weren't informed about this before and we had to pay the same prize even though the room was a disaster and smelled like mould. it was right beside the pool area and the floor wasn't even a proper hotel floor anymore. so i thought was not good at all. however after first night we got to change to a comfortable room but still the hotel didn't offer any compensation at all from the first night which would have been much apprechiated and only fair in the situation. this treatment was a big minus other than that we liked the hotel.
