Clean, friendly stuff, good breakfast, family rooms

Helpful staff and close to metro station.

The staff were extremely helpful. we had children with us and they gave us plenty of directions, options and ideas of what to do with them. the staff were on hand for last minute requests, ordering taxis etc so nothing was too much and that was hugely appreciated by us. also the fact that there is a supermarket at the end of the road - huge plus for anyone who gets munchies, the morning breakfast, huge huge selection and keeps you going all day and lastly the beach 10min walk away - fab!

Quiet location but most tourist areas within reach. 15 minute walk to the beach. local restaurants and bars near by.

It was a very nice hotel. our family loved to stay there. however, the front desk people should be more accurate on their knowledge. for example, we took the bus tour by buying a discount coupon from the front desk and we were informed that we would be able to pay the bus fees on the bus suing our credit card. however, once we got to the bus, we found they do not accept the credit card. thus, we had to spend a lot of time to find a bank to exchange our u.s. dollars. in addition, those front desk people should be more polite in dealing with customers. it was wonderful to provide the very nice breakfast and we were surprised how fresh and variety of choices. however, some items ran out but the staff person could not fill them in time. overall, we are thoroughly impressed with the looks, cleanness, and modern facility of the hotel.

The rooms were very clean and not too small, the staff were very helpful and the hotel was not too far from the the main attractions in barcelona

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much furthermore the location was excellent because the beach was only ten minutes away which made stay even nicer because we managed sightseeing with shopping and even had time for the beach.

Not the best surroundings however location very convenient. approx 15min walk from beach. 10min walk from metro and 20mins walk to tour bus stop. taxi from airport was 40euros. our valuables were kept in the safe and our luggage was kept after checkout until 9pm on our departure evening. overall we were very happy with our stay, i would certainly recommend it to others. i hope to return there next year. i would recommend holiday inn to all travellers.

Nice and homely room

Excellent breakfast and very well organised

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. this is one of the all-pros and no-cons experiences. the hotel itself if a further away from the city center, but you'll pay at least double for a similar hotel there. and besides, the excellent barcelona metro is less than 5 mins from the hotel. city center is about 15 mins away by metro. the beaches are about 15 min walk. street parking is available if you look hard. the neighbouhood is nothing to write home about but there are many shops and restaurants within walking distance.
