Close to the metro stop paralel. excellent location 10 mins walk from the ramblas. lots of local shops, bars and restaurants.Complaints were made about the noice one evening, however this noice was made from another apartment in the same block. locals in apartment block resent short stay residents.Gonzalez

Staff was very helpful and informative.We ran out of toilet paper on the third day and had to go buy some of our own. the street noise was a little loud in the mornings.Anonymous

Stayed at joanot apartment, very cheap and had very good facilities. staff were also very friendly and helpful.Several problems with the apartment, electrical problems, if you put too many heaters on at the same time the electricity would cut out. toilet was leaking, not enough hot water for 4 people. also, had problems with the tv cutting out. We found the apartment very well situated for our requirements for barcelona gameUnfortunately there was no kettle and no toaster only on cooker which was very slowHyanes

Everything seen and explained on the internet was found. the people in charge of apartment stayed with us in the apartment explaining everything regarding transport, best places to go, they were really helpful! poblenou, the place we stayed at was safe, residential and lovely atmosphere in the evening at rambla de poblenou.Anonymous

The apartment is okey it's clean and tidy and the apartment staff was very accomodating and helpful in our querries.The main door was very noisy. the resident of that apartment will just bang the door. i think the stopper of the door was not working.it's very noisy also due to nearest pub and restaurant Grace Malone

We had an issue about no hot water on our first evening but the staff went out of their way to resolve this for us. we were also able to stay at the apartment for 3 hours longer than the check-out time as there was no occupancy for that night which really helped us as we have 3 children under 6.Mertens Patrick

I've stayed at cabayenes, it's not an appartement for 4 adults. more 2 adults with 2 kids,not to old. the sofa isn't for bigger kids.
