"It close to the rambla and easy reach by metro"
Pros: It close to the rambla and easy reach by metro. all the main attractions are close by the hotel. apartment are adequately equip with all necessary for short stay for a family.
Cons: Because it close to the famous street in barcelona, it is quiet noisy. we stay in a room that consider too big...with long hallway to the living room cum bedroom. we had sofa bed for the kids and big drawer like bed for the adults. it would be nice if there is a room for the adults.

"It was really nice to have our own apartment, with kitchen and plenty of..."
Pros: It was really nice to have our own apartment, with kitchen and plenty of space. we were able to save money by picking up a few groceries instead of eating out all the time. management was not visible but easily reached by phone and very accommodating. everything clean and comfortable. if you want to spend time on la rambla, you are there.
Cons: Only inconvenience was having only one key to the apartment when you have multiple agendas. the bathroom is tiny. we didn't really mind this, but some might.

"Great apartment, exactly like in picture"
Pros: Great apartment, exactly like in picture. it's right in the middle of las ramblas, metro station is 2 minutes walk away and you can reach most of tourist attractions by walk! & bonus is that right infront of the apartment there's a gorgeous bakery which opens from 7am -8pm. would definately stay again.

"It was set off a side street and it was quiet for us to relax"
Pros: It was set off a side street and it was quiet for us to relax
Cons: There was a problem in the checking in time and how to leave your luggage. first of all on my check in time on my sheet it was 14.00, but when i called the number to find where to go i was told we could not check in until 15.30. then we had to find the office to leave our luggage which was no where near the apartments. i wasted £10 in credit and 20 euros in taxi's trying to find the poorly signed offices. this should have been knocked off our room bill as a matter of courtesy.

"Excellent location, good simple fixtures, fittings, well equipped"
Pros: Excellent location, good simple fixtures, fittings, well equipped.
Cons: 1. the apt. was not serviced during our 4 days stay ie. no cleaning, no beds made, no new towels, in fact, no maids to be seen at all, unfortunately.
2. not enough hot water in evenings for 2 persons showering.

Cons: We arrived at 2pm and called the reception as requested, only to be told that there was no-one available to let us into the apartment until 5pm. after complaining eventually we were let in at 4pm - having had to spend time walking around in the heat with our cases. the window blind would not open and when we pointed this out, the geirl who let us into the apartment called the office and told us someone would be around very quickly. we wanted to have a sleep because we had been walking around for an hour and a half, but had to wait until 6pm for someone to arrive to fix the blind. we had to call the office to find out the code for the wifi as this wasn't given to us at check-in and finally the bed (which slid out from under the raised floor platform) would have been totally inappropriate for anybody older than us.

"Great location, rooms very nice and close to transportation and tourists..."
Pros: Great location, rooms very nice and close to transportation and tourists sites. nice place to stay and enjoy barcelona.
Cons: No onsite front desk, if troubled with problems, it takes time to have them fixed, answered. bad cell phone number on sheet given through internet. almost nine days there, and had to ask for clean sheets and towels. some worn out small appliances in kitchen area need replacement.

"We were met on arrival by mark"
Pros: We were met on arrival by mark. he spoke perfect english and clearly explained all of the facilities of the apartments to us. the location is perfect for a short stay in barcelona. the apartments are spacious well presented and the beds were comfortable. everything that you could possibly require i.e. bars, restaurants, shops (including the famous fresh fruit and fish market) are all ‘on the doorstep’.
Cons: We have absolutely nothing negative to report about the apartments. however, visitors to this part of barcelona who intend to party into the early hours should be aware that the terrible reputation that this lovely city has gained in respect of pick-pockets is totally justified. leave all valuables at home. carry only essentials and no more cash than is required for each outing. the apartments are equipped with safety deposit boxes for which there is no extra charge – use them!
the pick- pockets pretend to be prostitutes; they appear from nowhere and make unsolicited amorous advances. their only interest is to get into your pockets – not your pants! the authorities really do need to address this problem.
please do not let this comment dissuade you from visiting this fantastic city. you will enjoy it and you will want to return.

Pros: Location was very good and the room was ok. metro and grocery store nearby.
Cons: Staff didn´t come to give us the key at the time. phone numbers that was listed in room confirmation were useless and not in use. luckily we saw a young couple living in the same hotel and we got the personal phone number of staff member. he came after one hour we called him.
in the room coffee maker and toaster was broken.
