 "sutisfied if we had Wifi"
Very clean and good located. We have got a nice terasse which we were so happy about! BUT their Wifi was broken and it havent been fixed until de end (we stayed for 4 nights.).For us it was very important to have Wifi and when we got a contract which says they have wifi, it is very important to have it.

 "Better than expected!!"
Everything in the apartment seemed brand new. Location is excellent - less than a minute walk from Las Ramblas. The weird smell in the entrance corridor was there, but we didn't mind at all. Can't wait to visit again!

 "Nice apartment, but a bit of a smell"
The apartment was in a prime location on a street just off the Ramblas and the facilities inside were good, and clean, only downside was a very tired looking bathroom, but good shower plus shaving point and hair dryer.My main complaint would be the smell that hit you as soon as you opened the hall door, due to manhole just inside the street door, and the fact that the hall looked as though it had not seen paint in years. I had already read that there was a bit of a smell always in that area but I can't imagine what it would be like in the summer heat. For this reason only I could not really recommend it, pity really as it was an ideal spot for getting round the city.

 "Bad experience"
This apartment is a worst place to live if your a single teaveller and have lots of luggage. they say they have lift but the building they put me had lift from second floor. and i had 35 kgs of 2 luggage. After begging to change my location and after payin 50 euros extra they shifted me to a building which is very noisy and had lift. to my horror the the central heat wasnt working and in the middle of night power goes off, which nobody came to see till next morning even after calling several times. the service is very poor and there hidden charges like if they came fix a problem they charge or 50 euros for key lost and several others. Not recommened to anyone coz so noisy cant sleep the whole night.

 "Inside the apartment was really nice and modern"
Pros: Inside the apartment was really nice and modern. i loved it! the view from the bedroom window was so beautiful! it is in a great location in central barcelona. you could basically walk to get anywhere. the only place we didn't walk to was park guel. i stay there again.
Cons: It said breakfast was included but it wasn't. if you plugged in the toaster it would blow the fuse every time so you had to toast your bread in the oven which was not a big deal but just an inconvenience. the staircase always smelt really bad.

Check-in: The check in time starts at 14:00. If you arrive before 14:00, you can go to the apartment office located at Ferran, 11 – Barcelona to store your luggage.

Cancellation policy:
30% of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. The remaining 70% will be debited on your credit card before arrival.
If cancelled later than 3 days before the date of arrival, or in case of no-show, the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
