Pros: City centre hotel beside a metro station which is great.
a really good facilities and an amazing hotel staff.

Pros: Really central opposite ths sants metro station which also the tour bus departs from so first ones on and bus straight to the airport!!
Cons: On the description on the website it states tea and coffee facilities in standard room which did not apply!!

Pros: The room was tidy and clean, selection of food was fair, with some variability. cannot comment on the pool or leisure facilities. good location for the beach and some small shops and restaurants. recomment for families who like a busy area with short distance to beach.
Cons: Gym was used once and not very much equiptment, as you would expect. staff were not overly friendly in the dining room and there was lots of clattering of plates during service to clear tables which was distracting and noisy. hotel very close to others - suggest getting a room on at least level 4 for a quieter night. some of the food was not very nice, catering more for children it felt like. not a romantic setting, not for honeymoon if you want some peace and quiet.

Pros: I received a free upgrade (when i asked) to a room on a higher floor. the views were fantastic, the room was fantastic, the staff were fantastic and the restaurant was fantastic. overall, it was fantastic (!), and i would recommend it to anyone who wants a touch of luxury.
Cons: Not so much during my stay, but i did email the hotel twice in advance advising them that the trip was for my wife's 40th birthday, and asked what they could do in terms of champagne, chocolates etc on arrival. i received no reply, and they were not aware of the reason for my trip when i checked in. this was quite disappointing, although i did get a room upgrade when i asked what they could do.

Pros: Stayed for the barcelona f1. hotel gave us all the infomation we needed about trains, eateries etc. our flight was not home till 21;30hrs and the hotel let us use the spa facilities to shower after a day at the beach as we had checked out at 11:00hrs, excellent customer service

Cons: Pillows smelled of body odor on 2 nights. internet was not free, and could only get wifi if standing 5feet from reception desk.

Pros: Big room with large bathroom and the shoer was huge! two separate toilets and a big lounge with coffee machines was excellent also great being near the metro. fabulous view over the city.
Cons: The room was filthy the couches stained and the main bathroom staunk - we were moved to a room that had not been cleaned at all someone was still in it! then to a decent room with hair all over the floor and coffee stains. this really let the place down.

Pros: Stayed for 3 nights and then returned for a 4th. great modern hotel with large rooms and windows with beautiful views. convenient to downtown as well as airport via metro. very helpful staff. perfect for 30th anniversary
