After having been in Barcelona 5 or 6 times, hotel Granados was the perfect change from the the usual luxury apartments. Hotel Granados 83 is a beautiful hotel, perfect location and all around nice people work at the hotel. Rooms are beautifully designed and equipped with all the things you expect from a luxury hotel. That the price is considerably lower than other hotels in these standards, is an extra perk. I would book this hotel again in a instant when visiting Barcelona again!

Generally very happy with this hotel. Very friendly and relaxed staff, accommodating and helpful. Rooms were elegant, compact and although I worked out how to use the electronic lighting controls, they were not intuitive and I was frustrated that the balcony light was centrally controlled and stayed on until 2am - meant the shutters had to be shut. Wifi and business centre with access to a printer was a useful facility. I would recommend the hotel to friends.

The staff at Hotel Granados 83 were extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was outstanding for the money, making us feel like we were in a five star hotel. It was decorated uniquely and finishing touches like leaving a rose and chocolates on the first night made it even better. We did now eat in the restaurants for dinner, but the breakfast was delicious and fresh and we would recommend it. The hotel is in a quiet location, which we really appreciated when we saw how busy it was around Las Ramblas etc. However sights such as the main Gaudi attractions, the beach, the cathedral and Las Ramblas are all in easy walking distance, as is the metro. I am struggling to find any negatives to say about this hotel!

Friendly & helpful staff in a modern chic hotel. Modern and attractive room with good bathroom. Would have benefited from tea & coffee facilities and perhaps a little bit small however liked the balcony. Hotel was in a great area with excellent restaurants and cafes and surprisingly easy to walk to Catalunya and Ramblas... & easy access to excellent metroBecause everything was modern (no carpets to dumb down noise) other guests did make quite a lot of noise on occasions.

Pros: Very modern and great design hotel with a nice breakfast and large room with a nice balcony.
Cons: The fitness facilities were very poor in a room less than 10sqm. also the swimmingpool was very small.

Pros: Smart boutique style hotel with lots of character. room was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. i would stay in the hotel again.
Cons: Breakfast selection was disappointing for a hotel of this type and relatively expensive. would suggest using one of the many cafe bars immediately outside the hotel as a better alternative.

Pros: The staff were welcoming and helpful during the whole stay. the room was clean and spacious. the beds were really comfortable and we had 2 good nights sleep after exploring the city.
