Very comfortable room with everything we needed. great beds, black out blinds, free mini bar, air conditioning and all spotlessly clean. the whole hotel had a really relaxed and chilled atmosphere and the staff were all very helpful. the pool and terrace were beautiful and the view from the roof incredible. it was like a haven from the hustle and bustle of the city. we will definitely return.NothingAnonymous

Pool was really nice. on arrival we were shown to our room and shown how to use the lift with the access card.
brilliant location. good dinner in the resturant.
dvd player in the room. free mini bar, hairdryer in the bathroom.Room cleaning was random, knocking on our door at 8 am to clean the room one day then the next the room not cleaned until 6pm.
the room is very small.
couldn't open the windows.
accidently ringing us with a wake up call when we didn't request one.
1 shampoo and 1 shower gel for a couple, not leaving the same amount of towels every day. dim mirror in the bathroom not the best for putting on makeup. little issues really

A great place to stay after a 14 hour flight. modern, comfortable and fantastic service. good vibe in a great location near lots of resturants and cafes. great pool deck overlooking the city.Anonymous

Great location and the rooftop pool was great in the hot weather!Not enough sunbeds at the rooftop pool, especially when guests "reserved" them when they weren't even around the pool!! lighting in room was poor.wood

Everything was wonderful, the free mini bar was greatly appreciated at the end of a long day sightseing - even if there was not any alcohol! staff were really helpful and the extended time for check out was a godsend for us to make the most of our last day. Nothing negative per se however a shaded area on the roof terrace would be an idea for the extreme heat we experienced, also a little clearer notice on the opening times of the pool and the sky bar - the bar in particular was open on a somewhat ad-hoc basis.Anonymous

Excellent location,right next to the gothic distric. the room was clean and decorated with modern taste. very comfortable. the roof top pool is also a great feature but gets a little crowded in the afternoon.
