It is in a perfect location. having the pool on the rooftop is great. darkened curtains in rooms are goodThe first night i stayed i put the 'do not disturb' sign on my door. at about 2am there was excessively loud knocking on my door - i was woken up. it sounds as if people were drunk and they knocked on all doors. following this it sounded like people were moving furniture around in the room above for the next hour or so. Very stylish and well-equipped rooms. staff were very helpful in recommending places to go, which was essential as we were only in barcelona for the night. rooftop pool terrace is amazing!Pity that the rooftop terrace bar is not open at night as well.Anonymous

I was travelling with 3 colleagues, i booked the hotel and was very impressed... as they were with me for booking such a great hotel. the decor is great, the staff superb...a fab experience for my first real taste of barcelona....the last time was maybe 20 years ago just passing through. ....i only wish i could have stayed longer. i will definately be coming back.Anonymous

The staff were excellent from the moment we arrived until we left. nothing seemed too much trouble and the young lady on reception was particularly helpful with maps and advice.Our room on the 4th floor was a little noisy and more than a little dark. we were aware of some earlier comments regarding the "dark" rooms and we can confirm this. a few more lamps please!Jeffery
