Pros: Reception staff were very friendly and helpful in several ways. dominika sobieszczyk helped me with british airways on-line airline boarding pass procedure. assistance for access to using the room safe was also provided. travel directions were cheerfully provided without any hesitation. breakfast was well organized and plentiful. good job.

Pros: Breakfast was fantastic, every type of breakfast prefrence catered for,rooms very chic and modern, terrace room overlooking pool was fabulaous.
Cons: We booked three rooms in total, coming to over 1300 euros, on the booking form you stated, as did the hotel, that each room came with a bottle of cava. this was not the case only the superior room received the cava. we did question this and was told that the booking form was incorrect! considering this was the first holiday abroad for one of the families, this was a really disappointing element, the cava was only a matter of a few euros, but we felt that considering it had been stated in the booking and for good customer relations, it would have been a gesture of good will to honour the booking statements.

Pros: Nice location in the heart of barcelona. very clean and nice hotel with good facilities.

Pros: A very clean and frendly hotel. i found the reception and staff very helpful to all my needs. i held my 40th wedding anniversary at this hotel where the hotel gave my wife and me several surprises, with a bottle of champagne, cake and chocolates.
Cons: The safe key electronic system failed in my room and had to ask reception to retreive my holdings. also in my room the bathroom door was made of clear glass and not frosted as you would have expected.

Pros: The room was clean and location was excellent. good value for money
Cons: The tv was not plugged in (cable missing) from day one and repeated questions to the reception did not result in it being fixed. there were no glasses for water or to mix drinks from the minibar.
