Excellent hotel, staff and location. Faultless breakfast. Ideal having free wifi in room. Rooms very comfortable and stylish. Free tea coffee and snacks between 13.00 and 19.00 each day. No complaints at all.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for one night just before Xmas. The location of the hotel is very good, with shopping and restaurants a few steps away. The room was quite nice and clean. The service from the front desk was very friendly and efficient. The breakfast was also great. I can safely recommend this hotel to other guests. Great value for money!

this is my 2nd stay at the hotel, it is basic, but the rooms are good, the hotel is very clean,but the food is not the best. but over all worth the money you pay. the location is very good 5 mins stroll from Catalonia square , and all amenities.

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay here. However, I think we could have been forewarned of two things.Firstly that as our room was in 'Gravina 2' there would be a long trek between the front of hotel (including dining room) and our bedroom (Room 521) My partner has had one hip replaced twice and this long trek along corridors and the use of two lifts was not ideal for her.Secondly, we were not aware that the hotel is currently undergoing redevelopment and the 2nd floor resembles a building site. It was strange to share breakfast with a crew of building workers each morning.

A moderate success. Good breakfast but very noisy location if on front of hotel. Major confrontation of yelling one early morning went on for an hour and more without any action by hotel. Efficient front desk staff but limited hospitaity. Free internet good. Close to La Ramblas. Beds quite hard and marginal pillows but updated format. Would consider staying again but on inside room.

The hotel is in a very good location and convenient for the aerobus. The room was very clean with excellent maid service and a good breakfast. The hotel was lacking in areas for sitting in and our room, above the entrance to the hotel, was noisy at times. The staff were friendly and it is a hotel we would consider returning to.

Staff - polite, helpful and friendlyRoom - Beds hard and bath/shower sealant requires attentionService - Restaurant - Opening hours for breakfast stated as from & 7.00 am , however, scrambled eggs still not available at 7.30am on our day of departure. Milk is not automatically included when the Tea/Coffee supply package is purchased and has to be requested separately (At no extra charge), due to staff concerns that the milk would sour. This could be overcome by the provision of UHT milk pots, although we found that keeping the mik in the mini bar was perfectly adequate

My wife and I spent 2 nights in this lovely little hotel before joining a cruise ship. We traveled from the airport by Aerobus and found the hotel location is ideal as it is a short walk from the Aerobus university bus stop. The location is also only a short walk from the Ramblas All the staff were excelent being both friendly and effecient. The final great personal touch was arriving back to our room on the second day to find a complimentary bottle of campagne and cake to celebrate my birthday which had been thoughtfully noticed by reception staff by the DOB on my passport. Highly Recommended.

Pros: Very helpful staff couldn't do enough for us.very central location but off a quiet side street. breakfast was plentiful as much as you wanted. although check out was at noon they were more than happy to look after our cases until we collected them later that evening. excellent hotel & staff would definitely stay there again.

Pros: Nice clean and pleasant hotel. we arrived 1 hour before check in opened and they allowed us to book in and have our room

Cons: Website didn't explain which facilities were included in the superior room rate. we booked a superior/upgraded room where the picture/s for upgraded or superior rooms showed one with a balcony and parasol, but upon check-in were given one without balcony in the first instance. when asking them to change the room we were only given one with very small balcony facing the road which was nothing like the one illustrated on the website. wouldn't have booked this hotel if that had been made clearer.
