Other than my negative comments included, everything was good.
No hot water for 12 hours period due to a failure in the system.
bed broken in une of the bases, a piece of wood being used for a fix.

We enjoyed our stay. the location was walking distance to many restaurants and shops. the rooms and bathroom are very spacious. The lifts were very small, the beds in the quad room have two single beds that are basically the two sofas in the front room which we found to be a bit strange. also, you can't open any windows because the balcony is totally enclosed with glass and we found ashes from cigarettes there.Anonymous

Staff very helpful.... needed some information for going from point a to b and called some companies to find out about it not really a negative thing but i had to book a triple room despite the fact that my 4 years old child always ends up sleeping with me and my husband. would have been nice to be able to book a double bed rather than a triple.Garry McClements

Nice hotel in very good central location. staff were approachable, friendly and informative. very good family rooms.The continental breakfast was very expensive for children that don't eat that much in the morning.Anonymous

One of the few hotels that allowed small pets (dog - jack russell terrier. spacious triple rooms, which were comfortable, quiet and very clean. hotel location away from the city centre but within a short distance of bus and train stops. some of the gaudi attraction (such as la pedra) are within walking distance. Television reception was generally poor and there was no facilities for making hot drinks in the room. Anonymous

Peace and quiet of the room, which was also very comfortable. friendliness of all the staff. the hotel was in a good location easy to access but away from the noisey city centre. breakfast was good, plenty of choice to suit all tastes.It would have been good if breakfast had been included in the price. it was quite expensive just for the room. i would have liked to be able to watch the tv but it wasnt tuned in properly. to access sky and some english speaking channels would be excellent.Anonymous

The size of the rooms where very good as we went as a family of four. rooms where clean and considering the location quite.There was no tea coffe facilities in the room, no bar in the hotel, the satalite channels would have to keep on finding a signal every minute, so we could not even listen to sky news properly as appart from cnn this was the only english channel available.Anonymous
