Spacious room, very clean, good location for sightseeing and travelling to and from airport. staff friendly and helpful.
Style is traditional rather than modern, a little old-fashioned. didn't take breakfast as clearly very overpriced at 20 euros a head (and looked like a v limited buffet), supermarket and bakery just round the cornerGray

I liked the fact that it was in the heart of the city and close to the subway the staff was very helpfulland spoke english at the front desk.the hotel was old and yet newlly renovated.it was every thing that waz promised with is one of my worrys going though the internet.cairo

Excellent location, close to passeig de gracia and metro, quiet and convenientBreakfast expensive, no hot beverages available in room, we had to wait sometime forou8r room to be made available on the day of arrival. there was some confision about the booking, because we had asked for a triple room for 3 adults and 1 child, of 11. the website uggested the child could easily be accommodated in the parents room. we ended up with 4 of us sleeping in 3 single beds which was ok but if we had had say a room with two doubles it would have been easier. £15 is a lot for breakfast for a child, we only did the hotal breakfast once, given the small amount that children eat at breakfast, 1 smallbowl of cereal, a glass of milk and a croissant, not an unreasonable amount, the price is excessive. needless to say we went out for breakfast after that. i think your website needs to be clearer about accomodating children.Anonymous

Free sweets were great. had them on the tourist bus.Our room had no outside windows. the windows we did have overlooked a staircase and this was noisy in the mornings. restaurant menu was not great.Monica G
