Check in was quick and tourist information i.e. maps / bus details were given. location is excellent. it may be on a dark back street but it is close to la ramblas, the port, the beach, bars, restaurants, bus stops, chemists etc. rooms were clean and beds very comfortable.
The air con didn't work on the first day but we reported it and it was fixed when we got back from sightseeing that day.Rubery

As my wife took a wheelchair, we were provided with a well equipped disabled room. that was thoughtful. stff were all very helpful.The roomwe had was poorly lit. i don't like breakfast being an additional cost.
