Located in Barcelona´s metropolitan area, in the new financial district, strategically connected to Barcelona airport (5 kilometres) and the city centre (5 kilometres) by the ring-road.
Easy access to the Port by Ronda Litoral (5 kilometres).
Close to the FIRA Montjuich 2 trade show and exhibition centre and nearest to Gran Via 2 where you can find exclusive shops, supermarket, etc.
The nearest metro station, at 300 metres, is Bellvitge, connected to the city centre in only 20 minutes. In front of the hotel, two of the most important hospitals of Barcelona, Bellvitge Hospital and Duran & Reynalds Hospital.
How to reach the Hesperia Tower?Exit from the airport towards the indication Barcelona / Gran Vía / Ciutat Vella.
Take the highway C-31 towards 'Barcelona /Gran Vía'.
Exit at 'Salida 4B L´Hospitalet / Ciutat Sanitaria'.
Follow the indications towards 'Ciutat Sanitaria / Oncologic / Serveis funeraris'.
In the rondabout cross the highway following the indication 'Hospital de Bellvitge'. Then you will arrive to the main entrance of the hotel (Gran Vía 144, Barcelona-aeropuerto L'Hospitalet).
By car:
Coming from Estació de Sants / Plaça dels Països Catalans, keep strait ahead by Passeig de Sant Antonio.
Turn right on (Calle de Tarragona) till Plaça Espanya.
At the roundabout (Plaça Espanya), take the 2nd exit and continue along Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes.
Follow directions to Fira Montjuïc 2/ Aeropuerto.
After 2km and passing by Plaça Cerda, you will see the intersection with IKEA on your left hand side.
At this point stay on the right lane till the second exit.
At the roundabout, follow exit Campus UB / Ciutat sanitaria and you will see the hotel on your right hand side, (Gran Vía 144, Barcelona-aeropuerto, L'Hospitalet).

* Subway: Blue line number 5 at Sants Station till Plaça de Sants. Switch onto red line number 1 until Hospital de Bellvitge station.

Coming from expressway AP7 you will turn into Ronda de Dalt (B20) Llobregat direction.
Exit at Barcelona Gran Vía / Ciutat Vella indication.
After 500 m, you will see Ciutat Sanitaria signs.
After crossing the expressway by the bridge keep going till Ciutat Sanitaria / Oncologic / Serveis funeraris.
At the roundabout follow directions to Hospital de Bellvitge and you will see the hotel on your right hand side (Gran Vía 144, Barcelona-aeropuerto, L'Hospitalet).
SOUTH – WEST (Tarragona - Lleida):
Coming from expressway AP7 you will turn into Ronda de Dalt (B20) Llobregat direction.

I have no positive experiences about the hotel and was disappointed in every area
poor staff and most importantly very long gaps - 2 hours between shuttle services to airport of which for an airport hotel is very poor.
Room was not as requested even though the hotel was not full.
only 1 guest card offerd for 2 people.
room was dirty and had a strange smell. bedding was ripped and sheets had stains on them. the worst selection of guest toilitries i have ever experienced. the staff on the desk admitted the policy was changing to downgrade this and agreed it was below the standard that should be offered by a 5 star hotel. worst of all was the shuttle bus service to the airport which was only every 2 hours. for an airport hotel so close to a major world city airport this was poor and was the resaon that we stayed here. due to our flight times we then took a taxi back to the airport. no duty manager was available when asked to bring various matters for his attention. all round a very poor hotel with very below average serviceAnonymous

Very nicely decorated room and hotel, wide range of facilities including the shuttle bus to the centre of barcelona and the beach club which was excellent given the hotel's location. The fact that you had to pay for most of the facilites, particuarly surprised at having to pay for the use of the swimming pool in a 5* hotel! the location wasn't great.Ricks

The architecture of this place is the only real reason for staying here but even this feels dated just 4 years after opening. eyectaching? yes. beautiful? no.Internet access is incredibly expensive and the shuttle service mentioned on the site only operates at limited times of day ie no shuttle from about 9am through to 18h!!Anonymous

Exceptional quality of fittings and finish. excellent food friendly and helpful staff.The elevators! the most complicated and inefficient system i've ever used. they go direct to your floor and so most of the time they are only carrying one or two people. i ended up waiting 5 or 6 mins at breakfast time. Very nice, cleaned regurlary. hotel staff were extremely helpful and provided us with any information we asked for. spa was amazing! cost 12euros to get in but well worth it! food available 24hours! immaculate design and style of hotel. loved every minute of it.Slighty pricey, quite a distance from las ramblas etc however there is a metro stop across the road and this provides excellent affordable access to anywher in barcelona, open 24hrs on weekends! otherwise no real negatives apart from pricey food/drinks but thats what you get anywher in barcelona.
