Great location. The reception staff was very friendly. Nice view to the La Ramblas. Our room was next to the reception so we could here everything from outside so not as soundproof as they mentioned. The room was a bit small for a double-bed room. The breakfast was just too simple no variety at all, but I guess it's in line with the price. Highly recommended! I wouldn't mind coming back again

Pros: Great location, staff were friendly after a time but you have to rally them on a bit. free wifi! besides all the negative feedback, we enjoyed the location and in the end having a balcony made a huge difference! rooms were clean & air conditioned.
Cons: Triple room 101, no outlook, just onto a shaft & noisy, changed room. beds way too hard, had to ask for second pillow. breakfast is mediocre, bit boring considering they've got a fabulously huge food
market on the ramblas. price you really pay for is the location, otherwise it's just a hostel with private rooms, some with a view of the ramblas and some with en-suites. if they step up a little on these neg points, it would've been a far more pleasant stay.oh yes, room with a view was suppost to be a double but it was only two singles pushed next to each other but not joined.

Cons: The wc was on an uneven floor, and rocked noisily when being used! wc door hinges were squeaky. shower very difficult to use, and there was no hot water during our three night stay.

Pros: Excellent location, excellent price and staff are very helpful. i really appreciated their storage service so we don't have to take our luggage to walk around, staff are very nice, hotel is very clean. i highly recommend this hotel to my friend if they travel to barcelona.
