Pros: The only positive experience was that in all my travels i had never seen such a pleasant attendand in the coffee shop during breakfast time. this woman had a smile on her face everyday and made all guests feel so confortable! i cheer for her!
Cons: The room i stayed in 403 had a sewage pipe next to the bed and the room smelled awful no matter what..i had to make a decision whether to keep the window opened during all night in a + - 5 degree temperature or keep warm and keep breathing with that terrible, terrible smell. outrages! i took pictures in case you would like to post it. i couldn’t change rooms because the hotel was full due to the mobile congress and because of that i paid 850,00 euros for 4 nights in a 3 stars hotel!!! you have no idea of the smell i had to put up with.. if i could i´d turn them in to public health service.

Pros: We arrived early and were welcomed without any fuss. the room was ready and we were able to tidy up immediately - what a joy after 28 hours of air travel! the room, although not large, was perfectly adequate. furnishings were fresh and modern and very clean. the location was excellent as was the advise given on the website about taxis etc.

Pros: The hotel had a great view of the harbour it had one of the best views out of a hotel room i have had

Pros: Really helpful, friendly staff. great room on 4th floor (lift)one wall glass with large opening door (railings), overlooking port. fridge. huge bath, great shower.
Cons: Beds very hard! if going to barcelona for a short break it would be more practical to stay centrally, say bario gotic, as so much time is taken travelling otherwise.

Pros: Nice hotel with modern enviroment and great location by the port. free wireless in the rooms was great.
Cons: Maybe not everyroom has the same fault but it gets very bright in the room in the morning because of the bathroom window.. as there isn't a wall to divide it from the bedroom. instead its just a glass.. which looks great to me but perhaps not very practical when the sun comes out. other than that it was great.

Pros: Good location for sightseeing - quiet for a city hotel. plenty of restaurants in close proximity - some of them good! we would stay again.
Cons: Claims of a view of the bay a bit exaggerated. rooms are clean & modern, and work well for sleeping (they have blackout curtains), but are pretty gloomy during the day.
