Only the placement of the hotel. it is quite near to the center of thr city.The breakfast was really poor. moreover, the wall of the room is such a thin that if anybody walks infront of the room, it creates noises. we had sleeping problem due to noice. in the toilet, the water was not gone away properly. when we took shower, water deposited in the bathtub and stays quite a long time. it really irritastes. we booked a double room. unfortunately, we good a long pillow for two persons. when i asked for extra pillow, there response was negative. they did not have pillow.Lamb

we would consider staying again.The breakfast, included, was not great. but, there are cafes immediately outside that both did decent breakfasts for between 3 and 4 euro.Newberry

Excellent breakfast, great welcome to hotel at front desk upon check-in.Beds were old and broken down. the room was located an a "mezzanine" level between the basement and the first floor. it was located right at the sidewalk level and every conversation walking down the sidewalk and every bus passing was clearly audible.Peel

One of the staff member was very helpful and friendly.
breakfast on site was a plus some of the staff were not so friendly.
the part of the city is very noisy.hotel very noisy, vacuuming at 8am outside my door.
the most depressing and stark bedroom i ever stayed at with old cheap furniture.there was certainly nothing warm about this place and i have slept in convents before.
this was a rip-off and i will hesitate to book with easy to book again.
i would not recommend it to anyone.it is a depressing place
