Very cool hotel with fantastic staff helped make our Barcelona experience great. The hotel is easy to get to and located very central so it's easy to get to the sights and great resturants

Pros: Thought the hotel was in a fantastic location.
Cons: There are no irons in the room, consequently i had to give my shirts to room service who forgot about them so i didnt have anything to wear in the evening.....poor and not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. they did provide a bottle of champagne as compensation, but you pay a premium for a 5 star in my opinion so not really good enough.

Cons: Not a negativ experience but something that might be unconfortable: no outside windows in some rooms and a little bit too much transparency in the bathroom.
