It is a medium hotel, in a nice part of Barcelona. We went during Easter, so maybe a reason for the cost. Average room and hotel facilities, a bit old. The cost of the hotel is a bit expensive (you can find 5 star hotels not in the center at the same cost). Bit dissapointing.

Pros: The rooms were clean and tidy
Cons: The staff were very poor and were not willing to help with any of our requests. on one occasion i asked if i could borrow an iron for a shirt but they stated that the cleaning room was closed. i asked could i pay for the maid to do it and was again declined. as a regular traveller i feel that a laundry service is standard and was dismayed to find that they did help me.

Pros: Good location, rooms were clean and a good size. breakfast offer was good too but not if you're looking for cooked breakfast.
Cons: Booking had been mixed up with only 2 of our 4 rooms booked, however they managed to sort this. staff were helpful to a point. no foreign language tv channels available in rooms.

Pros: Great location right next to all shops, restaurants, cafes, tourist attractions and in a up market area. good value for money only paid £50 per room per night without breakfast - go for breakfast in one of the city cafes within a few mins walk or even mcdonalds is on the same street!
Cons: The first night we had to change rooms due to a constant dripping sound and having no sleep that night, we asked to change and the hotel staff moved our luggage to a new room which was loads better. however the air conditioning was not working in the whole hotel which was a slight problem as was very warm. oh we also found a dead insect in room which wasnt cool.

Pros: Rooms cleanes to a very high standard
Cons: Initially placed in a smokers room therefore nedded to be reroomed. large bed room not available for first night; however moved again the following day to the type of room ordered - a double bed non smoking. oviosly could nor unpack which was a bit of a pain.
