The hotel is 100 meters away from the station.
From Sants train station:

We booked at hotel caledonian, which looks like a very nice hotel. when we got to barcelona and to the hotel we were told they were full and they moved us to a hotel next door. it was ok, but didn't look as nice as hotel caledonian.11 Sep 09
