Vey good location! we had a little balcony and that was great! so if you book this hotel, write that you want a window or a balcony, because there are just a few of them! friendly staff, and the roof with the pool was great to! Maybe they could wipe of the walls in the rooms once in a while because they were a little bit dusty. Anonymous

Tried to charge approx 200euros more than the quote when asked for the bill at the end of the stay. asked 3 times for tv to be repaired so that we could recieved bbc as listed.Anonymous

Nice room, no problems. didn't have to interact with staff etc. very much nor did i use the hotel restaurant/bar so not so how these are. room was cleaned every day to a good standard.No windows in rooms - not a problem but it's definitely a negative point. didn't affect my stay particularly though as i wasn't in the room very much (just to sleep).Dunn

Hotel is in a great location 2 mins stroll to la ramblas and in the heart of the gothic quarter. the rooms are basic, but clean and functional and the bathrooms are excellent.There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room or the hotel - but the bakery on the corner is only 30sec away!Anonymous

Very good location, central to everything, shops, sights, cafes, bars and beach!!!Would defo request a room with window as air con did not kick in at all. room 303 was abit small but 309 was larger and less stuffy....shame as i paid and ended up in smaller room!!!Anonymous

Rooms are very quiet and very dark so it is easy to get a goods nights sleep. location is excellent for visting all the tourist attractions and it is only about 20 min walk from the beach.jarjoura

The hotel is very good ..the location is good near to catalunya plaza and the shopping area,the stuff were so kind everything is good .Sometimes there was bad smell in the room from the street next to the hotel so u better keep ur windows closed .Anonymous

Central location, air conditionFirst night had to stay in another hotel because they didnt have a room for me!!! very unhappy about that had to walk at night with suitcases to another hotel and then check in again the next morning, poor english form staff, the most important is that they gave the room to someone to elseKnox
