In spite of our best active is to be located 15 minutes far from Barcelona center, we are in the center of Sant Adrià town where main comercial shops and restaurants are. The hotel has excellent connections to enter and leave Barcelona as it is located at 5 minutes walking distance from the closest metro/underground (L2 Artigues-St.Adria) that runs directly to Sagrada Familia (10 minutes) and Passeig de Gracia, 15-minutes. The hotel is located at 10 minutes from the train station (Sant Adrià, which takes 25 minutes from the Airport) and at 10 minutes walking distance (500 metres) from the beach.
As well, the hotel is near the main industrial parks of Sant Adrià, Badalona and Santa Coloma de Gramanet. The Germans Tries i Pujol Hospital in Badalona is 15 minutes away from the hotel and Espiritu Santo Hospital in Santa Coloma de Gramanet 5 minutes. GPS coordinates: 41º25'47'' N / 02º13'17'' E.
How to reach the Hotel Ciutat De Sant Adria nearby Barcelona?By bus, from Barcelona-El Prat International airport: Take the Aerobus outside the airport and get off at Plaça Catalunya. From here you can take the L2 Paral-lel metro line towards ‘Pep Ventura’ station and get off at ‘Artigues-Sant Adrià ’ stop. The hotel is within walking distance from this station. The Aerobus service normally runs every 15 minutes. You can catch it from outside all 3 airport terminals.
By train, from Barcelona-El Prat International airport: Take the RENFE train R10 to 'Passeig de Gràcia' train station. From here you can take the L2 Paral-lel metro line towards ‘Pep Ventura’ station and get off at ‘Artigues-Sant Adrià ’ stop. The hotel is within walking distance from this station.

The hotel in general and the room in particular were very clean, and security is also a priority. the staff was as helpful as they could be without speaking much english. although the hotel is far from the city center, the center is easy enough to get to by metro.
As others had warned, there is considerable noise from the highway next door, and the staff speaks only a little more english than i do spanish. the free internet was very slow, even with a cable connection.Anonymous

the hotel really make the effort to make the stay easy.

We found the staff to be helpful and courteous. The hotel is very close to a motorway, the traffic is noisy throughout the night. the location of the hotel is probably not the best if you are wanting to see barcelona. from leaving the hotel to getting into central barcelona it would probably take 30 minutes. having said that you are not paying barcelona prices for the hotel and the trains are very cheap. we would also mention that we requested a non-smoking room, but the room still smelt of cigarette smoke.Aleksic

Staff was very nice, though many of them only spoke spanish. the beach nearby was beautiful, and it was very easy to get to a metro and tram from the hotel.Farther from the tourist areas than i thought it would be.Anonymous

The only good thing i could say about the hotel was that it was cleanThe hotel was next to the motorway and the room was very noisy. in the morning the sun shone on the windows which made them expand and make a terrible noise. if someone moved the furniture upstairs or next door it made so much noise that it would wake us up. the air-conditioning didn't work properly either. it was either on or off ; you couldn't turn it down. the staff didn't speak english (at the reception especially). the only good thing about this hotel was that it was very clean, however the towels were thin and very old. i wouldn't recommend it to anyone; it was the worst hotel i've ever stayed in. it made my stay in barcelona not enjoyable at all.

The staff is very kind and it seemed to me that they are always ready and willing to help you. the hotel is very close to the subway station and the ride to downtown barcelona is short. there are also beaches closed by.Anonymous
