We arrived early in the morning and was pleasantly suprised to have rooms available for check in. the rooms were very clean and spacious. hotel staff was friendly and always answered our questions.Anonymous

The hotel is very modern, clean and comfortable. rooms are not overly large but big enough with a large closet and good size bathroom. the location is excellent, away from the significant noise of la rambla but close enough to walk there. good access to the subway. the view of la pedrera from the rooftop lounge is very good since it is just one block from the hotel.
There is a significant daily charge, something like16 euros, for internet service which seems over the top considering the price and quality of the hotel. they offer 1 hour of access when you purchase something in the bar.FRAME

The hotel was in best location and the roof top bar was really nice in day/night and they did such nice food.
Rooms could of been a bit bigger and could of had more tv channels. mini fridge more expensive than other hotels i have stayed at Anonymous

The pool was lovely on the roof, it was very relaxing and you can get to any part of the city from the street the hotel is on.The room service menu was way to over priced for the food we recived was very poor. it is just alot nicer and cheeper to eat down the street than in the hotel.Anonymous

The hotel was in the perfect location and the rooftop bar offered a wonderful panorama of the city in the evening. our room was quiet and clean and we appreciated the young woman at the desk when we checked in (midday) and all her helpful suggestions.The night clerk at the desk was often rude and didn't respond to our request to open the room safe, which was broken. finally, after our urging, he sent up a security person to put in the default code so we could get our credit cards and passports. but, as i said before, the young woman at the desk during the day was great.Vlasic

The hotel location is excellent, close to so many sightseeings and in the closest vicinity of two beautiful gaudi's buildings. the hotel has two buildings and rooms in one of them are brand new, whereas in another are older (especially bathroom, bath-tubs are old and the shower is fixed in the wall), so ask for the newer part if possible. the newer building is wonderfully and elegantly furnished. the roof-bar is worth visiting. The cleaning staff was not very efficient, the bathroom was not perfectly cleaned every morning.Anonymous

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. the location of the hotel is excellent. the hotel is very nice - rooms are comfortable and hotel staff are friendly and helpful.The only thing that was negative was the fact the the restaurants were closed. we were very disappointed about that.Anonymous
