Pros: Very friendly staff and very clean, modern and cosy room.
Cons: Room was quite small and quite expensive but barcelona seems very expensive. i can imagine it is very hard for spanish people to make a weekend break in barcelona at these prices.

"The hotel is very simple"
Pros: The hotel is very simple. the neighborhood is noisy and lacks restaurants, bars shops.
Cons: At night the level of noice from the street was unbearable. internet connection bad, receptionists could be more amicable.
Pros: Helpful staff. well placed for our purposesalthough as in the rest of barcelona you need to watch your possessions. but safe was provided.
breakfast was suitable. front of house excellent.

"Generaly, it's a typical 3 * hotel"
Pros: Generaly, it's a typical 3 * hotel. the staff was friendly,it felt nice to return late at night after a long day.
Cons: A. the airconditioning wasn't working at this period of the year, there was one hot day wich was unexpected. b. our room was in the 2nd. floor, easy to get in through the window, so we couldn't sleep with windows open dwspite the hit.

Cons: Amerian girl partylacking consideration for other holiday makers asleep at night.the doos of the rooms were often just let go of and they mae an incredible bang ,several times this happened.have suggested the hotel that they put a notice in reception asking holiay makers to respect other people

Cons: Internet connection sometimes gets down and the staff don`t know how to fix it, they need to wait someone to come the next day which isn`t good if you chose this hotel for internet facility.
no breakfast in the hotel price, even though price is a bit high comparing quality.

Cons: The big guy that is always at the front desk has poor customer service skills and is arrogant.
dont stay in the room on the ground level at top of steps. all night you hear the whole buildings water system really loud. everytime someone flushes the toilet or has a shower you can hear the water filling up in the walls.
