The Hotel was lovely and clean and the staff were very friendly. Bedroom was nice and the breakfast was excellent. Real value for money and easily located for the city centre and beach. Enjoyed hot tub after tiring day at the grand prix !

My wallet was stolen upon arrival in Barcelona. I noticed in the hotel and the staff there was so kind to call cardstop and help my to fulfil all formalities. They also told me to go to the police and gave instructions. The hotel is rather basic but very clean and this friendliness and help from the personnel after my wallet was stolen was appreciated very much.

Very nice hotell, liked the area allthough it's a bit outside the city centre. Good service, and very tasty and delicious breakfast. A little walk to the closest metro station, but excellent bus connection right outside the hotell. But the mildew smell from the bathrooms were very strong and I would be nervouse to stay in that environment for more than a couple of nigths....

Very nice hotel but bedrooms need to be checked over on a regular basis( mattress very saggy on one side broken reading light faulty kettle and chipped paint marks on walls). Little niggley things let this great hotel down but would still return again.

Pros: Good location for us. helpful staff.
Cons: Unimaginative and very plain dining room. getting a bit ragged at the edges - bath and basin plugs not fitting properly, crazy light switching system in rooms, laminated floor coming apart at the joints. nothing too serious.

Pros: Hotel is great location and staff are lovely... the anytime menu is very limited and my son and i had a pizza each from it that i didn't think was great or really worth the 10 euros each for it, but nothing really worth complaining about!
Cons: On the last day two men came into the hotel and distracted my son whilst i was in the toilet and stole my bag with everything in it! i chased them and got it back! the hotel phoned police and looked on their cctv i was lucky and brave but not everyone is. i was very vigilant in the city centre but you don't expect that to happen in your hotel! always have your wits about you!

Pros: We were provided with a free upgrade to suite. two bus lines that stop in front of the hotel take you to the barrio gotico and ramblas in 10-15 minutes. one block from the beach
Cons: The person who installed the bath room placed the toilet to close to the wall, so it was very hard to sit on it. also there were odours that vented through the sinks, which should not be case with proper installation. this problem is not uncommon in spain , although it was a surprise to find it in such a nice hotel

Pros: Only 5 minutes walk to the beach. bus stop just outside the hotel with buses wich goes to for exempel las ramblas or diagonal mar. there is a mall named "la villa" 5 minutes walk from the hotel. the hotelrooms were clean and the beds were comfortabel and big. free internet on the hotel and 3 computers were avalable. it was helpful when we wanted to search for information about barcelona and places to go, on our own. or else the hotell staff were also very kind and speaks english very well.

Plenty of shopping opportunities are present in the near surroundings, and lots of restaurants are also nearby. Several metro stations are within easy walking distance, providing access throughout the city centre.
