"Family City Break"

Our Family 4 adults and two teenagers used this Hotel for a City Break. The Family were over from the USA and it was part of a "Cultural Experience" for the girls. We found the Jazz Hotel very welcoming, my contact with them prior to our stay had all been very positive. The Hotel is very centrally situated without being too much in the thick of things. The staff were helpful and friendly, the rooms clean and comfortable, and the Breakfasts excellent. Thank You.

"First trip to Barcelona"

Staying at Hotel Jazz was an excellent choice for our first time in Barcelona. Very easy to get to from the airport - the bus took us almost to the door in only 20 minutes. Location was superb, right in the heart of the city, walking distance to the wonderful Gothic area, the port, the Gaudi buildings and more. The hotel itself was very clean, the room was big with an enormous bed and the room service first class. Very friendly staff too. We would definitely stay at the hotel again when we make a return to this fabulous city.

"Fantastic central location"

We would recommend this hotel for everything that you need for a comfortable stay in a busy and lively city. The staff were fantastic and the hotel facilities and cleanliness were top class. It was recommended to us by friends and family that have stayed there before and it didn't disappoint!

The room was very nice and clean, huge bed.Breakfast wasnt included so we paid 12euro each- to much!!!location is great to walk to all important sights.

"Great hotel in a central location"

Pros: Great hotel in a central location. rooms very clean and staff very helpful.
Cons: Breakfast is expensive, but you can get take out from cafe's very near the hotel.

Pros: The hotel was in an excellent location and the staff were very helpful. the rooms were very clean. although we were there in late october we ventured up to see the roof top swimming pool which had a great view over the city, it was warm enough to sit on the deck and chill out for an hour. i would recommend and i would definitely visit the hotel again.

Pros: Staff were fantastic and very helpful. the location of hotel is perfect. only 5min walk to le ramblas and metro 1min walk. pool on roof terace is a great bonus.

First trip to Barcelona

Hotel Jazz Barcelona is situated near Placa Universitat and Placa Catalunya, within walking distance of several famous buildings and the Ramblas. The nearby squares also offer metro stations, allowing you to easily reach other parts of the city.

This3-star discount hotel, though not apparent on first glance, boasts a modern and stylish design. As you enter the hotel the sliding doors and enter the lobby you can notice the deep and muted colors, high ceilings and the relaxing Jazz Bar above. At this hotel you can also enjoy a terrace, outdoor pool and solarium, as well as a business centre and several computers near the bar. The conference centre offers three rooms named Soul, Swing and Jazz. They can accommodate from 18 to 80 people.

La Rambla, with all its street performers and attractions like the Liceu theatre, is a 5-minute walk. From there you can head into the Raval to experience old Barcelona and museums such as the MACBA, located a few streets behind Calle Pelai. You can also go the other way into the Barrio Gothic and wander through the winding streets in the shadow of the Cathedral.
