Cons: Reception satff not at all friendly
we had booked a triple room and they tried to fob us off with a double room with another bed squashed in - when we complained the guy at reception was anything but pleased!

Pros: Excellent location
Cons: Very noisy inside the hotel with doors and footsteps/ people's load voices, no noise insulation, it all echo's as all wood/ tile floors, thin doors

Cons: Bad attitude of front of house staff. confusion with billing. refused to accept the fact that a cancellation had been made, despite being shown the email, and insisted on charging for a three day stay in a room that wasn't used.
don't usually expect to be physically threatened by a member of staff in an hotel.

Pros: Great location.less than 5 mins from aerobus if you get off at universidad. good size room. we had no view but did have our own little patio area.
Cons: Nothing to do with hotel...but do watch your valuables whilst in barcelona. i had my gold necklace ripped off my neck in the street-its not just your bags and cameras you have to watch!

Cons: The pictures flatter to deceive. the pool-room was locked. one particular member of staff had a bad attitude and a threatening manner. our dispute over a cancellation was badly handled and we were told we would have to pay for a 3 night stay in a room we did not use.
i do not recommend this hotel. a score of 6 does not represent a fair assessment of my answers; i would place that nearer to 2

Pros: The hotel staff was great , they help for everything like booking taxi and giving information about barcelona

Cons: Details werent really thought. there was no "do not disturb" on the door, no shampoo. there was no sound isolation, it was as if the next door flush flooded in our room.

Pros: Hôtel très bien situé, à 2 pas de la place catalunya. propre.
Cons: Hôtel vieillissant, la qualité des chambres laisse à désirer, tout est vieux et jauni. les fenêtres ne ferment plus et ne sont pas insonorisées du tout. indigne d'un 3 étoiles. des travaux sont en cours au premier étage : à revoir dans 2 ans.

Pros: No issue or problem to leave your case in a locked secure room whilst waiting for rooms or flights.
Cons: Hotel need to make you fully aware that some rooms have a window looking into a stair well with limited natural light.
