The hotel was extremely clean and i found the staff very friendly. just across the road from the beach and the train station, and located on a promenade with market stalls in the evening and restaurants catering for most tastes, i really felt this was a good choice for someone trying to get away to relax. very good value, i would highly recommend.The wifi connection is very difficult to connect to and i ended up spending a lot of money using their computers - this really is something that they need to sort out.Duro

Good location , clean & tidy , Yes, not the hotel specifically but the discrepancy in the online booking price at time i booked to the differential in price in euros when i arrived . specifically £266.00 gpb online approx = 280euros on arrival had to pay 345 euros differance almost £50.00 gpb threat of passports being held unless paid by hotel byrne

We had a really nice time in the hotel, the staff was very kind, the food was very very tasty, we loved it. it was a beautiful location and it was also realy easy to find it.We ordered a double bed woth my husband, but there were two single beds pushed to each other, which is not realy suitable for a couple.Sanchez

The experience was good but having to visit spain for barcelona, hotel mercury is way too far and last train is at 10:30pm!The hotel is not very dynamic for the youths and they should emphasize in their website that it is mainly catered for the elderly. nothing wrong with that but a bit of fun on the younger side would have been exciting. Fantastic location, very nice and good value buffet style food, very pleasant and polite staff, clean room.Overall we were very happy with the hotel and the only negative for us was the provission of only one english tv chanell, cnn. saying that, we should have realy spent more time outside as after all it is spain....Anonymous
