Lovely hotel and really friendly staff. The bathroom was great with the jacuzzi bath and beautifully decorated. The room was light and airy and even had an electric bed so you could put your feet up. You couldn't get a more central location but you still couldn't hear the hustle and bustle from Les Ramblas (well not in our room anyway). We didn't have any breakfast so i can't comment on that. Will definitely be staying here again.

Pros: Brilliantly placed, staff were excellent. electric beds were good to play with.
Cons: The soundproofing in our room left a little to be desired, we could hear our noisy neighbour braying to her poor husband at 1 am one night, and at 3 am the next. a quick call to reception sorted it though.

Pros: Hotel in a very central location but very quiet. the customer service was excellent.

Pros: In every aspect this hotel is excellent. the rooms are furnished in the minimalist style, clean and well appointed especially the electrically opperated beds. the staff are very friendly, knoweledgeable, and extremely helpful. the location is right on las rmblas although you would not know it as it is completely soundproofed from the outside. the only minor fault if you could call it one is that there is no dining room although there are so many exellent restraurants near by it hardly seems fair to mention it. the reception staff reccommended all the restraunts we visited and they could not be faulted.
in conclusion i would not hesitate to reccommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in barcellona.

Pros: Hotel is located in a centralized, accessible location on las ramblas. staff was knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. room was quite comfortable and very clean.
Cons: Some of the rooms have outer window blinds, which are controlled by the hotel. if one isn't paying attention, one can lose track of morning by not setting an alarm. that happened to us.

Pros: Fantastic service from the staff especially quique and sarah but including everybody we spoke to. we were initially concerned to be facing out onto las ramblas but the two sets of double glazed doors meant peace when you want and atmosphere at other times. their helpful warning about pickpockets saved us from an incident and they took interest in what we were doing and made great suggestions. top marks

Pros: Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. despite the hotel being located on las ramblas our room was very quiet. the location of the hotel - between catalunya and liceu - could not have been better. fast (and free) internet access in the room was also a plus. we were able to check in to our room despite arriving at noon.
