Pros: A modern building. polite staff who speak english. free use of their internet service. a 10-15 minute walk to la rambla one of the main tourist shopping areas and attractions in barcelona. also a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro and high street.
Cons: Walls are too thin. someone in another room flushing the toilet, having a shower,talking, watching tv, can be heard clearly. this can be a problem at night.

Pros: The hotel was clean, the staff were helpful & they stored my bags for hours after i checked out before my late night flight.
Cons: The hot/cold water in my room was effected by whether one hotel guests were using their showers. this could potential be quite dangerous, as whilst showering the water suddenly went scoldingly hot and i had to jump out of the tub (on several occassions).

Pros: Located in quiet street in area of plenty eateries.very close to metro, la rambla and the sea.very clean hotel.
Cons: Thought for the price a continental breakfast could have been included as well as wi-fi.the cleaners start a bit too early for me.

Pros: Good for the price.
Cons: One of the desk managers was extremely rude and unhelpful. when asking him where certain things were, he didn't know and told me to go up to the hotel up the street to ask. he made me almost want to ask for my money back. which is unheard of in europe.

Pros: Location near paral-lel was very good even though i had had some concerns about it being a bit far from the main attractions. it was close enough to the metro to easily get to wherever i needed to go. room was very clean although small (single room) and daily cleaning was very welcome.
