We arrived before our booking time but our room was available straight away. the staff were really helpful and friendly. the rooms were cleaned daily and were of excellent standard. the location was perfect as is right in the centre of barcelona and is near everything. The only negative aspect that let my stay down was that i had booked for a double bed and had only been given two single beds pushed together. they were very apologetic and rectified it as much as they could:Anonymous

Free water and coffee.We checked in and was given a room that is internal no windows with the exception of one frosted glass window.
we asked to be moved and we was to a room over looking the main street. because the aircon in the room was not working we had the balcony doors open and so we had no sleep due to the noise from the street all night long till at least 5.00 in the morning.
the hotel advertises a breakfast buffet this was not available to us during our stay and the h2o area consists of a fridge and a coffee machine. a little oversold as a h2o area. there is no bar facilities in the hotel.
for the price of euro 342.00 for three nights room only i think this is very expensive for the facilities available.
digital art consists of some flat screen tvs showing art motion dvds over and over again.
we booked this hotel to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and it was very very dissapointing.
i would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
