The hotel was very good. Only thing to complain about was that the windows towards the street didn't stop the noise in the nights.

Pros: This is the second time i have stayed at the onix rambla while in barcelona. it is in a terrific location-perfect walking distance to several metro stops, the placa catalunya, las ramblas, and a nearby starbucks! the rooms are enormous, breakfast is quite decent, free wifi (though you may want to get the ethernet cable from the front desk for a faster connection). the hotel is very clean and bright, and the rooms have their own small balconies. there is even a computer and printer so if you need to check email or quickly print something, it's no problem.
Cons: One downside is because of its central location, there is a lot of street noise! i recommend earplugs to get some sleep.

if you have a late flight, and after checking out, a shower and changing room is available if needed with towels and toiletries etc. would recommend this hotel to all.

Cons: Don't stay this hotel. there is a thief in this hotel employee. i forgot to take the key in the room. our suit case was opened, our suitcases were opened, and japanese yen that existed in an inside purse in our suitcases was stolen for 80,000 yen. and also, the souvenir put on the shelf was felt after, and the arrangement of contents had changed. the thief might have touched. even if the reception desk at the hotel is told that, nothing is done. they said "call oneself if you want to call the police. it right now checks out and it doesn't care if you do not believe this hotel. well, what do you want to do?" i don't recommend this hotel.

Pros: We were very central to all amenities we enjoyed our stay. hotel was accommodating and comfortable, breakfast choice was fullfilling and plentiful. a yes from us xx

Pros: We had a large room which was in good condition. the location was really excellent with many dining choices close by. easy access to print out bookings was appreciated

Pros: We stayed at hotel onix rambla for total of 7 days. the location of the hotel is excellent; in the center, 2 minutes walk from placa catalonia (la rambla). the rooms were wide and very clean (we stayed in two different rooms since we were off in costa brava and returned to barcelona). the staff of the hotel was very kind and very helpful and made the stay pleasent. the hotel looks very nice from inside. breakfast was ok for hotels at this level (three stars hotels). there is a desk (only one, but usually it's free) with free internet access. it was an excellent choise to stay at onix and i would defenately retrun to this hotel if i'm in barcelona again.
Cons: I really don't have anything negative to say about my stay at the hotel. the only thing i would comment is that the sweeming pool on the roof is very small, but it's quite nice to get inside and refresh after a long walking day of exploring the city.

Pros: Great location, great price, excellent breakfast included with my room price, great staff and met our every need, speaks and understands english very well, excellent at providing information about the area, would def stay there again and recommend it to everyone. best value esp for the location and amenities. beautiful wood floors. booked room on back as noted by others and was very quiet. beautiful bathrooms. room was very clean. beds very firm which i like.
Cons: Air conditioner was not on when i checked in. took time for it to cool down and improved efficiency when filter was cleaned.

Pros: The hotel is well-located and modern. it is close to the hop-on-hop-off bus but far enough away from las ramblas to not be too noisy at night. unfortunately, we only stayed 1 night; so are not able to judge their breakfast. the one hotel clerk was very helpful with getting airline info and arranging a taxi to the airport in the middle of the night.
Cons: When we first arrived, some other canadians had just had a backpack stolen as they were checking in. it had been sitting on the floor by the gentleman and no one had noticed the man (thief), who had been sitting in the entrance, pick it up and leave.
