The Praktik Rambla Hotel has the best location in the centre of Barcelona. Situated in the famous "Eixample" district and close to the square "Plaça Catalunya", Passeig de Gràcia, and a five minutes' walk from the Gothic Quarter.
The Hotel Praktik Rambla in Barcelona is perfectly situated within the Modernist Art tour route and just two blocks from Las Ramblas. Guests can take advantage of this location and visit the different shopping centers, first rate Jewelry shops, excellent dining area for restaurants and tapas bars, Montjuic Fairgrounds are located only 15-minutes away. In addition all bus and Metro connections are within one or two blocks.
How to reach the Praktik Rambla?By bus, from Barcelona-El Prat International airport: Take the Aerobus outside the airport and get off at Plaça Catalunya. The hotel is at walking distance from the station. The Aerobus service normally runs every 15-minutes. You can catch it from outside all 3 airport terminals.
By Train, from Barcelona-El Prat International airport: Take the RENFE train R10 to "Passeig de Gràcia" train station. The hotel is at walking distance from the station.

My room was quite small but the size was amply compensated for by the décor and the cleanliness, and the general architecture of the building, as well as the excellent location A mistake was made initially with the price of the room as booked with easytobook.com but i had no trouble getting the overcharge refundedJednorowska Paulina

The room was smaller than it seems in the easytobook page pictures. we showed this to staff, they said yes you are right, but they didn't even say that they were sorry. standart room pictures in easytobook belong to superior rooms.
there was only blanket as a bed cover which can not be clean because it is not easy to wash after every acommadation. we wanted an extra sheet to put between us and blanket.Shiah

This hotel is located in a great spot, convenient to the metro, airport buses, restaurants, shopping. the hotel is very clean, and the hotel staff are very helpful and nice. our room was on the 4th floor with a small balcony, with a gorgeous view. the room was small, but the bed was very big and comfortable. there is a huge closet with a safe. the bathroom was big and nicely decorated, as is the room. there is an elevator. this hotel still has old world charm, even with the modern rooms. There is a kind of musty odor in the bathroom. Anonymous

From the very first night we arrived, we were extremely impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. the room was clean, quiet and well-organized, and we discovered we were walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.the decor, too, was fresh and reflected the fresh aesthetics of the city itself. especially loved the bright green tile. also very much liked piscolabis next door for breakfast, etc.The first night took us a while to figure out the key-card lights.Anonymous

Excellent location. nice big room (superior balcony). nicely renovated old building. polite and helpful staff at hotel. friendly atmosphere. Primarily announced as a 3* hotel but we found it to be a 2* hotel - thus the rate (700 €/4 days w/o breakfast) was a bit high. wi-fi internet virtually non-existing / not working - although we compliant twice, nothing was done about it. missing emergency (fire) information in room and hallway, no information on how to use phone, not even how to contact front desk - actually no information on the room at all. newly renovated bathroom was very nicely decorated but smelled mouldy due to insufficient ventilation. lack of light made it difficult to find things in the closet and use the safe. breakfast was offered in the adjacent, public restaurant piscolabis where service was very slow and staff tended to ignore the costumers - very small breakfast (but only 7 €).
