Nice room and swimming pool. 
Staff slow to get taxi when needed, and unhelpful re slippers at poolside (if you hadn't brought them from your room, you had to pay 3 euros, but this couldn't be put on your room bill, it had to be paid in cash. T.L.M. van der Zandt

Het is overweldigend hotel met geweldige faciliteiten.Het hotel zit niet in de buurt van een centrum waardoor je als je iets wilt eten of drinken aangewezen bent op het centrum waar je dan met de metro naar toe kunt.verder zijn de consumptieprijzen aardig aan de hoge kant. Anonymous

Generally the quality and service in the hotel had been good, but there were a couple of items that were frustrating (see comments in negatives)At the time we stayed a number of the leisure facilities were closed for refurbishment
the best restaurant (the garden) closed for private functions.

This is an excellent hotel, excellent facilities which unfortunately we did not have time to take advantage of, but will be back again hopefully for a longer stay.Slight hiccup, when checking out but this was due to a problem with the booking through the website, and was quickly dealt with by the cashier without any problem.chawla

The staff couldnt have been nicer or more helpful, the faciltites were excellent including the two swimming pools and the fitness centre. the room servicing was excellent alsoThe bar prices are slightle extortionate and considering the location of the hotel it is difficult to find a local alternative which means you have to be prepared to travel! The general standard of the hotel and the facilities was excellent. since this was a leisure stay the pool was much appreciated. the gym was also a plus for my daughterWe found the "extras" (eg drinks, breakfast, laundry) more expensive than london prices.Anonymous

Large hotel with excellent facilities. the garden restaurant had great food and was excellent value. quiet hotel.A bit off the beaten track although it was close to nou camp. food and drink was pricey but i guess you expect that in a 5 star hotel.Fiona Rogan
